When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What phones does this case fit?
This collection is currently available for iPhone Pro and Pro Max models. Please refer to the product page for exact compatibility.
How many cards does the wallet hold?
The wallet is designed to hold your everyday essentials, including ID, transit cards, and credit cards. It comfortably fits 4–5 cards depending on usage.
Does the case have separate card pockets?
Yes. The wallet-attached design includes two separate pockets to help keep your cards organized.
What material is the case made from?
Our cases are made with premium vegan leather.
Will the color or pattern look exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and print placement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Are you making a MagSafe version?
A MagSafe-compatible version is not currently available, but we are actively developing a detachable wallet case with MagSafe functionality for a future release.
