All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high demand or launch periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Motifé Case is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
